What if my bot breaks?
If you're on Big Dog, we know about it inside a minute and the watchdog tries to self-heal first. If you're not, you'll find out when you check the dashboard. Big Dog exists because the second option isn't great.
How long does a build take?
Most bots ship in 3 to 7 days from the scoping chat. Bigger swarms with custom integrations run 2 to 3 weeks. We tell you up front — no scope creep without a price change you approve.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Hosting is month-to-month. Cancel and we shut the bot down at the end of the cycle. The build is yours — we'll hand over the code if you want to self-host.
Do you charge for model usage?
Some plans include it, some pass through. For most small bots the model cost is a few dollars a month and Frederick & Sons covers it. Heavy-usage bots get billed at cost with no markup.
Why no tiers?
Because tiers force you to buy stuff you don't need. Tell us what you want built, we'll quote it.
